When will my order ship out?

It'll take 5 to 10 business days to ship your order! I do all of the packing myself, so please bear with me!

When will my order be delivered to me?

It depends on where you're ordering from- if you're ordering from within the United States, it can take 1 to 2 weeks maximum, but some orders have been delivered within a few days.

If you're ordering from outside the United States, it can take anywhere from 2 to more than 4 weeks to receive your purchase.

What other shipping methods do you offer?

I ship using the most economical options that USPS offers for letters (for stickers) and packages (for prints) both domestically and internationally. 

Can I get faster shipping?

Certainly! For my prints, I do provide other shipping options (i.e. USPS Priority and Expedited Shipping, DHL International) that you can select at checkout. If you want expedited shipping on your stickers, please email me as soon as possible and I'll see about providing you a faster shipping option (these expedited shipping options usually cost extra)!

Do you offer tracking numbers for orders?

For prints, always! For my stickers, I usually don't since I send them via USPS first-class mail, which is the most inexpensive shipping option for letters but doesn't offer tracking by default.

If you're exclusively buying stickers and do want tracking information for them, please let me know and we can discuss other shipping options (this usually costs extra).

What are your refund and exchange policies?

For stickers: If you don't receive your stickers at least 20 days after it was supposed to arrive, I will re-send them to you. If you still didn't receive them the second time around, I will refund your order. (This policy is based on trust, so if I find that you did receive your order and told me otherwise, I will no longer offer any refunds whatsoever.)

For prints: I don't offer refunds, but if for some reason your package didn't deliver at least 20 days after it was supposed to arrive, I will re-send them to you. 

(For EU customers) How do you handle VAT (global taxes/tariffs)? 

This applies to print orders! Unfortunately, I do not handle VAT, so you will have to pay VAT to receive your package.

Do you have any ongoing sales or discounts?

Yes! If you're subscribed to my Patreon, you receive between a 10% to 15% discount on all my wares depending on which tier you're subscribed to.

Also, for all customers, you can purchase two (2) 8" x 10" prints for $25 (regular price $30).
